Our initial task was to discuss the various options with the customer, to show our customisation and style options. We gave our recommendations following a thorough survey of the property. Mrs Westlake decided on high-quality uPVC casement windows, as well as a unique bay window to let light stream into her home.
She also decided on a new, bespoke composite door for her property. This was chosen to keep her home secure with the safety measures integrated. As well as this, the composite door is designed to retain the internal temperature, meaning the customer could enjoy a warmer home in Milton Keynes.
Our customisation options were then discussed with Mrs Westlake. We talked her through our selection of high-quality colours, as well as a selection of traditional woodgrain finishes. We also went through our hardware accessories, including handles. Our various options allowed the customer to have a wide choice in the customisation.
Mrs Westlake decided on a classic white colour for both the casement and bay windows. The finish is manufactured with a durable coating, ensure it won’t crack, warp, rot or distort over time. For the composite door, the customer decided on a superb black colour on a classic style door. She chose a silver metal handle, which matched a silver knocker and letterbox. The result was a sleek, modern front door to impress any visitors.
Both the windows and door are designed with high-quality double glazing as standard. This is made to increase the thermal retention, ensuring our customer’s entire home is kept at the optimum temperature. By replacing underperforming windows, Mrs Westlake can enjoy a superior level of energy efficiency, helping her save money on her heating bills in the long-run.
Each of the products we install is made with some of the finest materials available. As a result, they need little maintenance to keep them looking and performing their best. Both the windows and the door retain their shape in all weather conditions, without structural damage. All the customer needs to do now she has her products installed is simply use a cloth to clean the components. This will keep them dust-free and working at a superior level for years.
With uPVC in the windows as well as a mixture of materials in the composite doors comes superb thermal performance. They work to retain heat within the property, fundamentally lowering the customer’s energy bills. Not only are the materials and profile incredibly insulating, but the double glazing we use as standard is a superb means of keeping the internal temperature at optimum.
